Kimberly Bowron has served as Chief People Resources Officer since June 2021. Before joining the Company, from 2018 to 2021, Mrs. Bowron was Director of HR at Texas Petrochemicals Group (“TPC Group”), a private equity owned chemicals company, where she was responsible for managing the HR and Training functions for all non-corporate employees. Over the past 20 years, Kimberly has served as Vice President – Human Resources, Senior Vice President – Human Relations, and Chief Administrative Officer for companies in various stages, including start-up, turnaround, divestiture, spin-off, and high growth. She has also managed functions such as IT, Legal, Facilities, Risk, and Sales and Safety in private equity funded and public companies.
