Dave Kettner
General Counsel
Dave Kettner has served as General Counsel of the Company since March 2026. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kettner served as President and General Counsel of Virent, Inc., where he was responsible for legal affairs, corporate strategy, and executive leadership in support of commercializing renewable fuels and chemicals technologies.
Mr. Kettner is a licensed patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property management, including patent prosecution, licensing, enforcement, and strategic planning. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Legal Counsel for Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation and practiced law in private practice, focusing on intellectual property and technology commercialization.
