Katie Ellet, appointed as a Director of the Company in January 2024, currently holds the position of President, Hydrogen Energy and Mobility-NAM at Air Liquide. With an extensive career spanning from the mid-1990s, she has demonstrated leadership in diverse roles, including lab supervision, chemicals research & development, production management, and oversight of environment, health, safety, and quality. Ms. Ellet has successfully managed P&L responsibilities in various capacities and played key roles in leadership, brand strategy, and marketing within the chemicals, fuels, oilfield management, and investment sectors. Her achievements include spearheading a trans-national mobility strategy and overseeing operations, marketing, investment, and risk management for North America as part of her role with the global clean hydrogen producer. A graduate of Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Ms. Ellet further earned a Master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
